Job Title: Children's Fashion & Textile Designer (Remote - Spain)

About Us

MI BEBE is a premium children’s and babywear brand specializing in high-quality, elegant, and classic European-style fashion. We design sophisticated garments and accessories for newborns, babies, and toddlers. We are looking for a talented, Spain-based Fashion & Textile Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with our management team to bring our brand's vision to life, translating the creative ideas of our founder into production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Collaboration: Partner with our core team to define and develop the look, style, and silhouettes of seasonal apparel collections based on the founder's vision.

Textile & Pattern Design: Create original, beautiful surface patterns, prints, and fabric motifs tailored specifically to premium babywear.

Fabric & Trim Selection: Identify and recommend appropriate fabrics, materials, and trims that align with the collection’s aesthetic and production goals.

Tech Pack Creation for China Production: Build comprehensive, factory-ready technical packages (Tech Packs) from scratch.



These must include detailed garment specs, grading, precise measurements, artwork placement, and clear assembly instructions suitable for seamless production in China.

Sample Review: Evaluate and comment on factory pre-production samples to ensure design accuracy and quality compliance before mass production begins.

Requirements

Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.

2-3 years of proven experience in fashion design specializing in babywear or children's apparel (A strong portfolio demonstrating both garment designs and original textile patterns is required).

Production-Ready Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong experience building accurate Tech Packs for overseas manufacturers.

Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (for daily communication and collaborative design sessions with our team).

Ability to work independently as a remote contractor in Spain while maintaining close communication with the brand.
