¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

- Leading, mentoring, and developing a multidisciplinary team of AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Coordinating technical resource allocation across AI projects and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
- Defining standards, methodologies, and best practices throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
- Designing scalable architectures and reusable frameworks for a variety of AI use cases.
- Ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions within the broader enterprise technology ecosystem, including data platforms and core business systems.
- Driving the evolution and strategic roadmap of the organization's enterprise AI platform.
- Overseeing the quality, reliability, security, and performance of AI solutions in production.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor for business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, and cybersecurity functions.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology, software engineering, data, or AI-related roles.




- Previous experience leading AI Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, or advanced analytics teams.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end AI and Machine Learning lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning practices.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise architectures.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI, analytics, or data platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and operate in matrix organizations.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
