What You Will Learn & Do as a Reservations Trainee: Assist in managing hotel reservations via phone, email, and online channels Assist in coordinating with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals Observe and apply hotel standards and procedures in all interactions A current university or school student related to Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Fluent in Spanish and English Available for a 6-month full-time internship Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in a university approved for internships within the EU Paid Internship Staff meals during the working shifts
