Permanent Contract
Location: Madrid.
Main Responsibilities The Medical Advisor & Field MSL is responsible for ensuring the company's scientific and medical excellence in radiopharmaceuticals, combining medical strategy with scientific interaction in the field. It acts as an external and internal medical reference, guaranteeing the generation, exchange and application of scientific knowledge.
The MSL is also responsible for leading high-impact scientific exchanges, developing strategic plans for KOL engagement, and driving the overall medical strategy for multiple therapeutic areas. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to provide expert insights that shape the company's clinical and commercial strategies.
Job Functions
- Develop and execute strategic plan for KOL Engagement: develop and execute engagement strategy, build strong scientific relationships with KOLs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to support the company’s medical objectives, ensuring frequent and meaningful interactions.
- Provide up-to date scientific information to KOLs and HCPs through presentations, meetings, and conferences, tailoring content to the audience's level of expertise.
- Conduct high-level scientific presentations at conferences, advisory boards, and other professional meetings, effectively communicating complex data.
- Hold non-promotional scientific meetings with health professionals.
- Collect and analyze medical and scientific insights from KOLs to inform company strategy, using advanced analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to MIRs from HCPs, leveraging internal resources and databases.
- Monitor and report on competitive activities and developments in the therapeutic area, providing strategic recommendations based on insights.
- Identify and segment key stakeholders in the assigned territory.
- Provide clinical and scientific insights to support the company's strategic decisions.
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials according to regulations.
- Train internal teams (sales, access, marketing) in scientific and clinical aspects.
- Collaborate in projects of clinical value, outcomes and therapeutic positioning.
- Keep medical and scientific documentation up to date. Create and refine training materials, slides, and other educational tools, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Engage in health economics and outcomes research presentations or related activities, contributing to evidence generation.
Required Skills
- Degree in Scientific discipline. Medicine or Pharmacy is a plus with specialty in Nuclear Medicine or Radiopharmacy.
- Master's and PhD.
- Minimum 5-7 years of previous experience as an MSL
- Strong track record of successful KOL engagement
- In-depth knowledge of the clinical environment and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent science communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in the field

- Willingness to travel extensively
- English C1
