? The Role

This is a dynamic "Driver" position (not a conventional consultancy role). You will be responsible for the progressive maturity of the organization’s Operational Excellence (OPEX) system, partnering with site leaders to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and anchor a customer-centric mindset in daily operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Maturity Leadership: Lead OPEX assessments and define focused yearly improvement roadmaps for international manufacturing sites.
- Process Foundation: Implement and sustain foundational pillars including Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Leader Standard Work, 5S, and Structured Problem-Solving.
- Strategic Partnership: Identify investment needs and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational complexity and variability.




- Digital Integration: Support the deployment of digital initiatives and data-driven manufacturing solutions (MES / Analytics).

? Candidate Profile

- Education: MSc in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: Proven track record in Operational Excellence within process-driven manufacturing environments (ideally batch or complex operations).
- Technical Grip: Strong capability in process analysis and hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and data integration.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in English.
- Bonus Points: Strong experience in Six Sigma methodology and implementation to safeguard quality and efficiency.
