Part-time | Barcelona, Hybrid | Potential to become full-time ABOUT ZABÓN Zabón is one of the fastest-growing natural cleaning brands in Spain, trusted by hundreds of thousands of customers looking for healthier and more sustainable ways to clean their homes. We're growing quickly and looking for an Operations & Projects Coordinator to work closely with the founder across operations, administration, systems, suppliers, and special projects. This is a part-time role initially, with the potential to develop into a full-time position as Zabón continues to grow.

You'll work directly with the founder and help manage the many operational and administrative projects that come with running a fast-growing business. Support the founder with operational, administrative, and special projects Research new suppliers and compare pricing, quality, lead times, and terms Research new software, tools, and platforms that could improve how we work Use AI extensively for research, drafting, organization, analysis,



and workflow improvement Coordinate smaller projects from start to finish Help bring more structure and organization to the business as we grow Very comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software Happy doing both interesting projects and routine administrative work Fluent in Spanish and English Based in Barcelona ( HYBRID) Experience in operations, project coordination, executive support, ecommerce, startups, or administration is a plus, but we're more interested in how you think and work than having the perfect CV. This isn't the right role for someone who wants to do only strategy or only administration.
