Role Description The Owner role at Entelgy is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing business performance, and ensuring that Entelgy’s services and solutions align with market needs and company values.

Day-to-day tasks include defining and monitoring business objectives, leading senior leadership teams, and guiding decision-making in areas such as service offerings, technology investments, and market expansion. The Owner will collaborate closely with global offices, maintain key client and partner relationships, and represent the company in high-impact meetings and industry forums. This role also involves promoting a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth while ensuring adherence to governance, quality, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership skills, including experience setting long-term business vision, defining corporate goals, and managing organizational change.
- Business management capabilities, such as overseeing P&L;, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics in a consulting or technology-driven environment.
- Client and stakeholder management skills,



including building executive-level relationships, negotiating high-impact agreements, and maintaining strong partner networks.
- Expertise in digital transformation and technology consulting, with familiarity in adopting, integrating, and scaling new technologies across diverse industries.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and represent the organization in public and private forums.
- Experience leading general or multi-location teams, promoting collaboration and alignment across different markets and cultures.
- Proven track record in sustainable business growth, risk management, and governance, ideally within a global consultancy or technology services company.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
