The Planning and Performance Analyst will play a key role in monitoring, analysing, and improving business performance by transforming data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, they will support strategic initiatives, develop performance tracking methodologies, and enable informed decision-making at all levels of the business. Standardisation of business performance reporting by creating insightful and user-friendly dashboards





Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

Translate data into actionable recommendations

Identify business performance improvement opportunities

Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions

Collaborate and support in the development of strategic projects & initiatives

Communicate effectively across a diverse set of teams and audiences (including senior management)

Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate xugodme top management decision making

Support data quality initiatives

Curious, proactive & can‐do attitude with proven problem‐solving skills

Excellent inter‐personal communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels and functions, especially with senior stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset

Fluent English, speaking Spanish a bonus
