At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join one of our clients, contributing to innovative digital solutions within the aviation and airline industry.

? Main responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Create and manage requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Elaborate functional analysis documents, business flows and process documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the successful execution of IT projects.
- Contribute to project organisation and coordination within multidisciplinary teams.

? Who are you?

- At least 3 years of experience performing requirements analysis and requirements gathering.
- Previous experience participating in IT projects using Scrum methodology.
- Proven experience creating requirements, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to understand business requirements, extract relevant information and produce functional analysis documentation and business flows.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments.
- High level of commitment and strong teamwork orientation.

Nice to have:

- Previous experience working as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
- Experience in international and multicultural projects.
- Knowledge of aviation, airline or travel-related business processes.
