Role Description The Production Planner is responsible for organizing and coordinating daily and long-term production activities to ensure timely delivery of custom kitchen knives and cutlery. This on-site role, based in Barcelona, involves developing and maintaining production schedules, aligning material availability with manufacturing capacity, and monitoring workflow on the shop floor.

The Production

Planner will collaborate closely with manufacturing to adjust plans, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource use. The role includes tracking progress against deadlines,



updating internal stakeholders on production status, keeping track of stocks and making material and supply orders, mastering our manufacturing software and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in planning and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules.
- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Analytical Skills for forecasting, prioritizing, and problem-solving.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with the other teams.
- Experience in manufacturing or workshop environments, ideally in precision or artisanal production, is beneficial.
- Proficiency with planning tools or ERP systems, and strong attention to detail in documentation and data management.
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, manage multiple tasks under time constraints, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant education in production management, operations, industrial engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
- Hands on experience in fabrication and the ability to contribute across more area is another advantage.
