We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our busy and established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, but we want to be clear: we are a very busy office.

We deal with multiple clients, property viewings and appointments every single day- so we need someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, can stay organised under pressure and is prepared to work hard.

Who we are looking for

You must be:

- Experienced in real estate sales
- A confident salesperson with the ability to close deals and overcome objections• Fluent/

native-level English – essential• Fluent or highly proficient in German and/or Dutch – essential

• Additional languages are very welcome

• Living close to Urb. La Marina / our office

• Familiar with Urb. La Marina and the surrounding areas

• Highly motivated and disciplined

• Punctual and reliable – being on time is extremely important in a diary full of client appointments

• Very organised and able to manage several clients, viewings and follow-ups at the same time

• Someone with excellent attention to detail and high standards in their work





• Comfortable working under pressure and in a busy environment

• Proactive – someone who follows up, chases opportunities and does not need to be constantly reminded

• Professional, presentable and confident when dealing with clients

• A strong team player who can also take responsibility for their own clients and results

• Used to working towards targets and motivated by achieving results

What we offer

You will be joining a very active real estate office with a constant flow of buyers, sellers, appointments and property viewings.

There are excellent opportunities to sell and build a strong client base, but those opportunities come with hard work, discipline, organisation and consistent follow-up.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to “show houses”. We are looking for a real salesperson: someone who can listen to clients, understand what they need, match them with the right property, overcome objections, negotiate and close the sale.
