Overview of the Role

As a SAP Ariba PTP Consultant, you will play a critical role in leading end-to-end implementation and support projects for SAP Ariba and SAP FI-MM modules. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and deploying innovative procurement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive value for our global clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects across various regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellence and support HCLTech’s strategic goals.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and support of SAP Ariba solutions, including SAP FI-MM, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Execute SAP Ariba Sourcing and Procurement implementations, ensuring alignment with SAP FI-MM module requirements.
- Manage at least one end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects, providing expert guidance and hands-on involvement.
- Design customized solutions and interfaces between SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, and non-SAP systems, enhancing integration and performance.
- Collaborate with general teams across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC in onsite and offshore delivery models, ensuring effective project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks,



and issues clearly and promptly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Engage directly with clients, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a confident, client-facing approach.
- Foster cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to drive project success and innovation.

Skill Requirements

- 6 to 10+ years of consulting and technical experience in SAP Ariba, with a focus on Ariba Procurement, S4 Hana Procure-to-Pay, and MM modules.
- Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contracts, and SAP FI-MM.
- Proven track record with at least one SAP Ariba implementation project and 2-3 support projects.
- Strong expertise in designing and integrating customized solutions between SAP Ariba, S4 HANA, and non-SAP systems.
- Experience working on projects in NORAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, with exposure to onsite-offshore delivery models.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Other Requirements (Optional)

- Certification in SAP Ariba and/or SAP FI-MM is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Multilingual capabilities or international project experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in client-facing roles and cross-cultural environments.
