At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join one of our clients, contributing to innovative digital solutions within the enterprise technology and digital transformation industry.

? Main responsibilities

- Lead SAP projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline and quality.
- Coordinate business, functional, technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into solutions.
- Participate in SAP SD initiatives covering order management, deliveries, shipping and billing.
- Oversee SAP integrations with external systems and e-invoicing platforms.
- Coordinate analysis, design, development, testing, UAT, migration and go-live activities.
- Manage risks, issues, documentation and project governance

? Who are you?

- Experience as a Project Manager / IT Project Manager delivering SAP projects.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SAP SD processes, including orders, deliveries, shipping, billing, customer management and FI integration.
- Understanding of the IT project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support).
- Ability to collaborate with functional, ABAP, integration and architecture teams.
- Experience or exposure to electronic invoicing projects and SAP integrations.
- Strong communication, planning, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Economics or a related field

Nice to have:

- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing regulations in Spain and/or Europe.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or similar certifications.




- SAP certifications.
- Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, EDI, XML, APIs or integration architectures.
- International project experience.
