? Hiring: Senior Salesforce Product Owner (SFDC)

? Barcelona, Spain - 3 days onsite

We’re looking for an Expert Salesforce Product Owner with 9–12 years of experience to own and manage the Salesforce CRM product backlog.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and prioritize the Salesforce CRM backlog.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirements.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into solutions.
- Support Salesforce processes across Forecasting, Renewals, Entitlements, Master Data, and Order Management.

Requirements
- 9–12 years of Salesforce/Product Owner experience.
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, configuration, data models, and integrations.
- Strong Agile/SAFe experience.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
