Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Professional Liability Underwriter to lead the technical management of this line of business, bringing strategic vision, underwriting expertise, and a strong market focus.

As part of the Non-Life Technical Department, you will be responsible for the underwriting, management, and development of the Professional Liability portfolio, while also leading a small team and actively contributing to the profitable growth of the business.

What Will You Do?

- Analyze, underwrite, and price Professional Liability risks (law firms, consultancies, and professional associations).
- Manage and optimize the portfolio, ensuring profitability and technical excellence.
- Design and present insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- Work closely with commercial teams to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, agents, and strategic partners.




- Lead and develop the technical team associated with the area.
- Participate in product improvement initiatives and portfolio enhancements.
- Provide technical support for complex claims.
- Contribute to the alignment of the area with the overall business strategy (profitability, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence).

What We Are Looking For

- University degree (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, although other disciplines will also be considered).
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Professional Liability underwriting.
- English level B2-C1.
- Spanish minimum C1
- Knowledge of the Professional Liability broker market.
