PCC Wealth is looking for a confident and proactive Talent & Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Mijas Costa.

The main focus of the role is helping us grow our Wealth Management team in Spain by finding, approaching and interviewing strong adviser candidates.

This is a proactive recruitment role. Many of the people we want to speak to are already working and may not be actively looking for a new opportunity, so success comes from persistence, good judgement and the ability to build relationships over time.

We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is comfortable approaching candidates directly and can keep good candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll be doing

Your main responsibility will be supporting the recruitment of Wealth Managers and Financial Advisers across Spain.

Day to day, this will include:

- Proactively sourcing adviser candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, referrals and direct outreach
- Identifying both active and passive candidates who could be a strong fit for PCC
- Contacting potential candidates and starting conversations with people who may not have applied for a role
- Conducting initial interviews and screening calls
- Understanding candidates' experience, motivation, commercial ability and suitability for the role
- Identifying early where someone is unlikely to be the right fit
- Explaining the adviser opportunity clearly so candidates understand both the opportunity and the expectations of the role
- Following up consistently with suitable candidates and maintaining momentum
- Managing candidates through the recruitment process
- Coordinating second-stage interviews with senior management
- Keeping accurate recruitment records and candidate notes
- Building and maintaining an active pipeline of potential future hires




- Advertising vacancies and reviewing incoming applications
- Supporting recruitment for other roles across PCC as and when required
- Helping us improve the way we attract, assess and recruit people as the business grows

Who we're looking for You do not necessarily need years of recruitment experience, but you do need to be confident speaking to people and comfortable with proactive outreach.

You will ideally be

- Confident, personable and comfortable starting conversations
- Persistent and good at following up
- Resilient and able to stay motivated when recruitment takes time
- Comfortable approaching people who have not applied for a role
- A strong communicator on the phone, by email and face-to-face
- Organised and able to manage multiple candidates at different stages
- Able to ask good questions and assess whether someone is genuinely suited to the role
- Commercially aware
- Comfortable working towards recruitment targets
- Motivated by results and successful hires
- Comfortable using LinkedIn
- Fluent in English

Previous experience in recruitment would be useful, but we would also consider someone from a strong sales, business development or financial services background who has the right personality, resilience and communication skills.

About the role

This is a full-time, office-based position working from our Mijas Costa office.

The role offers a basic salary of €20,000 per annum plus commission for each successful hire .

You will work closely with the management team and play an important part in growing PCC Wealth's adviser team in Spain.
