At Tenth Revolution Group, we're looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Madrid office as an IT Talent Sourcing & Business Development Intern.

This is a full-time paid internship where you'll gain hands-on experience in both technology recruitment and business development, working alongside experienced consultants in an international environment.

? What You'll Do

You'll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable commercial skills.

? Talent Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

Identify and connect with IT professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases

Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations

Learn how to assess skills, motivations and career goals

Build your own professional network within the technology market

? Business Development & Lead Generation

Research companies and identify new business opportunities

Generate and qualify leads

Support client relationship-building activities

Learn how successful recruitment businesses create and grow markets

? Recruitment Process Support

Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback

Maintain communication with candidates and clients

Assist with offer management and placement processes





Gain first-hand experience of a 360° recruitment environment
