The Senior Legal Counsel will act as a primary legal partner for assigned European matters, including Germany, taking the lead within that remit and coordinating with the general Legal team, central functions and specialist external counsel where appropriate. The role will have a primary focus on complex commercial contracting, corporate governance and the legal integration of acquired businesses across Europe. Given the scope of the position, the role will also require a strong understanding of the German legal and regulatory environment and the ability to support business activities in Germany. It will require an experienced, commercially minded lawyer capable of working independently in an international and fast-moving environment.

Key accountabilities Commercial contracts

- Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of domestic and cross-border supply, procurement, services, framework and other strategic B2B agreements across European markets, including Germany.
