The opportunity

As Industrialization Team Lead , you will play a key role in bridging product development and manufacturing, ensuring new technologies are successfully industrialized and brought to market.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for industrialization activities across the product lifecycle. Working closely with R&D;, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams, you will help transform product concepts into scalable, reliable, and efficient manufacturing solutions.

This position offers a unique combination of technical leadership and people management. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support manufacturing readiness, and contribute to the successful launch of new products.
