This exciting role as a Software Implementation consultant in our Configuration group will work as part of a team to support and configure our Wire and Cable software for our customers.This role focuses on:UI based configuration elements of the ImplementationMore technical elements of the Implementation which will require knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and authoring of data collection forms using XMLSupporting our customers and relationship buildingWe believe in flexibility and work-life balance. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the EMEA region and contribute to a dynamic, multicultural team.ResponsibilitiesConsultancy and ConfigurationProvide support to existing clients including report generation at critical times of the yearAdvise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their applicationConfigure the system as per the defined requirements using the system user interfaceWork with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issuesAttend customer meetings and calls as and when required in support of larger implementation project, ensuring a professional image at all timesProvide status updates,



highlight risks and issues to supervisor (within the project and/or people manager)Dedicated ConsultancyAdvise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their applicationServe as the main point of contact for key customersTechincal ConfigurationBuild and maintain custom forms using XML/SQL build scriptsQualificationsSkills Required/DesiredMinimum commercial experience of 2 years.
