We are looking for a Product Owner with strong expertise in compliance, risk management, and identity verification processes. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role. ✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Compliance Specialist, Risk Specialist, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Control frameworks. Experience managing and improving Identity Verification (KYC/KYB) processes. Solid understanding of Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, and Governance. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks. Proven experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver compliance-related products and processes. Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken). Good level of English (written and spoken). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Currently based in Madrid.
