You'll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing a well known sports brand.Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.- Put yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them.- Communicate with customers via phone, email,
