Tender Manager – Human Vaccines

On-site, near Girona (Catalonia, Spain) | Full-time | Permanent

We're partnered with an established international biopharmaceutical company, headquartered in Girona, to hire a Public Tender Manager for its growing Human Health vaccines business.

This is a key role in a business where public tenders are central to how its vaccines reach patients.

Reporting to the Integral Vaccines Director, you'll own the tender process from start to finish, working with teams across the organisation to deliver compliant, competitive submissions to public health authorities.

What you'll do

- Review tender documents, framework agreements and procurement requirements, and identify new public procurement opportunities
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender responses, bringing together input from Market Access, Pricing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, Supply and Legal
- Act as the main point of contact for public procurement processes
- Manage tender timelines and make sure every submission meets administrative requirements
- Monitor contract awards, renewals and key milestones
- Support the preparation of pricing, health economics and value proposition documentation




- Identify process improvements and share best practice in public procurement

What we're looking for

- Proven experience managing public tenders in pharma, vaccines, medical devices, diagnostics or a similar regulated healthcare environment
- Solid knowledge of Spanish public procurement (e.g. Ley de Contratos del Sector Público, framework agreements, electronic tender platforms)
- Strong organisation and project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex submissions to tight deadlines
- Confidence coordinating cross-functional teams and working with senior stakeholders
- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English
- Exposure to pricing, market access or health economics is desirable
