Overview As a Project Specialist on Premier Researchs Business Operations team, you enable timely delivery of cross

- functional projects in the life sciences space.

You partner with the PM to coordinate teams, maintain documentation, and manage communications, ensuring audits readiness and project systems stay up to date.

You influence budgets, vendor invoices, and Change Orders, supporting the seamless execution of clinical research programs.

- Partner with the Project Manager to drive project delivery across cross-functional teams
- Facilitate team communications, maintain internal/external documentation, and manage contact lists
- Schedule meetings, develop agendas, capture minutes, and maintain action/decision logs
- Create and distribute study newsletters as needed
- Manage and track budgets for vendor projects, including supplies and invoices




- Track out-of-scope services and assist in Change Orders
- Monitor budgets related to vendor management and invoicing
- Ensure projects are audit-ready and maintain required project systems, SOP indices, and study team lists
- Manage study team contacts, system access requests, and email distribution lists Requisitos principales
- Associate’s degree in Life Sciences or related field with 2+ years of clinical research experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year in clinical research/healthcare/business/project management
- Basic knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations
- Working knowledge of FDA guidance, EU directives, ISO14155, drug/device development, and clinical monitoring
- Basic project management terminology and guidelines
- Strong MS Office skills
