Overview

Seasoned Core Banking Architect with PMO expertise to lead Oracle FlexCube implementation. You will coordinate vendor, SI, and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget, aligning with the institution’s strategic and operational needs. As trusted advisor, you oversee governance, risk management, and go-live readiness to ensure a smooth transformation. You will shape the approach, keep scope aligned with business outcomes, and report to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

- Represent client interests to Oracle and SI, ensuring scope and design align with business needs and contracts
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, steering committees, RAID, milestone tracking, and escalation
- Monitor budget and schedule, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions
- Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, financial health, and strategic decisions
- Oversee vendor and SI performance against SLAs, validate estimates, changes, and resource plans
- Manage change control process, assess impact of scope changes on budget and timeline
- Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and that SIT/UAT/performance/migration testing align with go-live readiness
- Identify and mitigate project risks, focusing on integration, data migration, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness




- Coordinate cross-functional readiness across business, IT, operations, compliance, and finance
- Drive transition planning, business continuity, and post-implementation support readiness

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in project/programme management in financial services with capital markets and/or retail/commercial banking
- Core banking implementation experience, preferably Oracle FlexCube; familiarity with Temenos T24, Finacle, Mambu
- Strong understanding of banking operations (deposits, lending, payments, treasury, regulatory reporting, accounting integration)
- Proven vendor and SI relationship management in complex tech transformations
- Advanced PMO methodology skills (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) with certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent)
- Executive-level communication skills for senior leadership
- Fluent Spanish (C2) for day-to-day interactions and reporting; professional English for vendor interactions
- Availability for Spanish business hours (9:00–18:00 CET/CEST)
