Overview

As Integration Consultant in the Fin Ops team, you will enable stable and secure financial integrations across SD Worx systems by deploying and supporting SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure quality, security, and data integrity.

This role blends technical delivery with customer coaching and cross-functional teamwork, contributing to scalable, reliable finance integrations. It offers growth through diverse environments, flexible working, and hands-on impact in a global setting.

Responsabilidades

- Provide Incident, Problem, and Change Management for finance integrations on SAP BTP
- Support and improve interfaces between SAP S/4HANA Finance Public Cloud and other SD Worx solutions
- Coordinate with service providers and third-party vendors for 3rd-line support
- Support analytics and reporting solutions, including business needs assessment and reporting enhancements




- Ensure compliance with security policies and processes
- Support Master Data Management activities, including data quality analysis and improvement actions
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot integration solutions
- Support master data cleansing and migration activities
- Execute and support testing activities
- Maintain accurate technical and functional documentation
- Strong customer-focused approach and ability to collaborate across teams, countries, and disciplines
- Acts as a trusted expert, supporting and coaching colleagues and stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- Diploma or degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP BTP / CPI
- Experience in a multinational support or delivery environment
- Good understanding of systems integration landscapes
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong service mindset, analytical skills, and structured way of working
