Noatum Automotive is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the development, structuring, and implementation of international port terminal and automotive logistics projects. This position covers the entire project lifecycle, from opportunity assessment, operating model design, and financial evaluation through to planning, mobilization, start-up, and execution oversight, working closely with operational, technical, commercial, financial, and legal stakeholders.Lead the planning and deployment of international automotive projects.
Key responsabilities
- Lead the planning, structuring, and deployment of international Ro-Ro terminal and automotive logistics projects, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, resources, risks, and governance model.
- Coordinate the analysis, preparation, implementation, and start-up phases, including project phasing,
minimum start-up requirements, and mobilization plan tracking.
- Coordinate the definition of the operating model and key infrastructure requirements, including capacity, operational flows, layouts, equipment, and systems.
- Prepare and review business plans, budgets, and feasibility analyses, including traffic and revenue assumptions, CAPEX, OPEX, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and economic performance monitoring.
- Coordinate tenders, concessions, due diligence processes, contracts, and service agreements, integrating contributions from multidisciplinary teams, consultants, partners, customers, port authorities, and public administrations.
- Prepare project plans, risk and action registers, reports, and executive presentations for decision-making bodies, ensuring follow-up on agreements, resolution of roadblocks, and compliance with timelines, costs, and project commitments.
- Drive the development and implementation of the Control Tower model, promoting the standardization of processes, procedures, KPIs, and operational standards across the Group’s terminal network, while identifying and transferring best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent discipline. Additional training in infrastructure, ports, logistics, or project management will be highly valued.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management and development of complex projects, preferably within port terminals, automotive logistics, infrastructure, transportation, or related sectors.
- Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders in international environments, with the ability to work cross-functionally and without direct hierarchical authority.
- Practical knowledge of financial analysis and project economics, including business cases, budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX, scenario analysis, and financial performance control.
- Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills, with the ability to prepare clear executive documentation and presentations in both Spanish and English.
- High level of adaptability, autonomy, results orientation, and international mindset, with willingness to travel frequently.
- Availability to travel occasionally to project sites, terminals, and customer locations, both domestically and internationally, as required.
