Overview:

- Bajo la supervisión del responsable del área de capsuling se responsabiliza de la gestión y operación de las líneas de Capsuling de forma autónoma siguiendo los procesos y parámetros establecidos para garantizar la consecución de la producción objetivo en el área, cumpliendo con las condiciones precisas que garanticen la calidad exigida, siguiendo en todo momento las políticas de la Compañía (PRL, GMP, etc.…).

Responsibilities:

- - Trabajar de forma autónoma en las encapsuladoras del área de CAPSULING.
- Realizar de forma autónoma los cambios de formato y ajustes.
- Preparar y poner en funcionamiento las líneas.




- Reconocimiento y resolución de problemas mecánicos durante la producción.
- Formar y tutorizar a los operarios nuevos en el área.
- Realiza el movimiento de materiales de alimentación de las líneas (componentes, bulks, …)
- Registra mermas de los ceepacks. (Pesando tanto entrada como salida de ceepacks)
- Asiste incidencias 1r nivel en línea.
- Realización CIL's de línea e instalación.
- Responsables rutas de control de uso optimizado de energía. (Líneas paradas, revisión fugas).
- Montar, limpiar y desmontar los diferentes componentes de las líneas de trabajo. (Bombas, mangueras, bombos, conexiones, etc.)
- Gestión del stock de recambios de los consumibles de las maquinas (technophar)
- Realizar las maniobras de conexiones del outershell.
- Realizar controles de calidad precisos y exhaustivos.
- En todo momento, aplicar las normas internas de seguridad en las operaciones realizadas, y prevenir riesgos personales mediante la utilización de los EPI's.
- En todo momento, aplicar las normas internas de GMP en las operaciones realizadas, y prevenir riesgos de producto Adicionalmente:
- Cumplir con las mismas funciones y responsabilidades del puesto "worker filling and assembly El Pla, cuando por motivos productivos sea requerido
- Realizar pesadas en las áreas de fabricación.

Qualifications:

Education

- CFGM/CFGS en mecánica/electrónica/Química ó similar.
- Valorables conocimientos de ofimática a nivel usuario.

Experience:

- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos de maquinista de procesos en continuo.
