For our HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT and AMMEGA -Ammeraal Beltech Spain team, we are currently looking for a/an
HRBP
As an HBRP, you will be responsible for business partnering, employee relations and HR operations. You will report to the Head of HR Iberia and be part of the Iberia team.
A day in the life of an HRBP can look like
- Act as a trusted HR partner to management, aligning business objectives with HR practices and providing guidance on all people-related matters.
- Support the implementation of the local HR strategy in line with Group policies, including compensation, benefits and people management practices adapted to local needs.Partner with Managers to drive employee engagement, effective communication, motivation and high performance, in line with company values.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a positive and effective candidate and employee experience.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including time & attendance, contract amendments, working time reductions, leaves of absence and other employment-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining constructive relationships with employees, managers and employee representatives.
- Support Occupational Health & Safety activities,
including Coordination of Business Activities (CAE), ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and alignment with internal policies, providing guidance on employment law matters.
- Identify and coordinate training and development initiatives to ensure employees' skills and competencies meet business needs.
- Support the implementation of Integral HR policies and processes, including Leadership Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management and Reporting.
- Support HR budgeting through workforce, headcount and labor cost analysis, monitoring budget compliance through regular reporting and variance tracking.
- Prepare HR metrics and people analytics to support workforce planning, business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (HR, Business)
- > 2 years experience as HR Business Partner in an international company
- Knowledge of Spain remuneration practice and employment regulations
- Experience in managing Labor Unions
- Mastering all relevant subsystems of HR role (hard and soft skills), including HRIS system (Oracle a plus)
- Excellent in communication and culture understanding
- Excellent leadership skills
- Role model for the Ammega Values
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
- Available to travel around different locations
- Knowledge and/ore experience about Portugal is a plus
- Fluent in English
