MISSION

Are you passionate about photography, videography and content creation within the luxury and beauty industry?

This internship offers the opportunity to develop technical and professional skills while gaining hands-on experience in integral content productions.

Working closely with the Content Production Manager, the intern will support the operational, administrative and logistical aspects of content creation projects, contributing to the successful execution and delivery of photography and videography productions.

Job responsibilities

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE

Reporting to the Content Production Manager.

MAIN DUTIES

The Content Production Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop job competencies, and gain practical experience through participation, collaboration and support in the following functions and duties:

- Support production schedules, project trackers and planning documents.
- Assist in the preparation of production documentation, presentations and meeting materials, as well as day-to-day administrative tasks related to content productions.
- Update and maintain databases of talents, artists, photographers, filmmakers and suppliers.
- Support supplier administration, including purchase orders, invoices and related documentation.
- Assist in the preparation, filing and tracking of artist agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts and content usage rights documentation.
- Maintain organised production files, archives and project folders across internal platforms.
- Coordinate the tracking of product samples, shipments and orders required for content productions.
- Prepare production materials, checklists and logistical requirements ahead of shoots.
- Support photography and videography production needs.
- Monitor post-production timelines and follow up on deliverables with internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress according to schedule.
- Support the delivery,



filing and archiving of final production assets.

Profile

PROFILE NEEDED

MAIN STUDIES: Marketing, Communication, Audiovisual Production, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.

LANGUAGES : Fluent Spanish & English (min. C2). French is a plus.

IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and SharePoint.

EXPERIENCE: Previous internship or academic exposure to content production, marketing, communications, photography or videography is advantageous but not required. Administrative experience is a plus.

AVAILABILITY : Full time availabilty for 12 months, starting January.

OTHERS: Must be able to sign internship agreement with official university for 6 months.
