Noatum Automotive is currently looking for a Finance Controller, Reporting and Consolidation to join Finance team in Barcelona in a fully on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting, financial statement consolidation, and audits.

Key responsabilities

- Support Holding accounting closing.
- Manage monthly and annual financial closing and accounting processes.
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial reporting packages for financial management.
- Coordinate and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of group financial statements.
- Monitor costs and perform budget reviews, analysing deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Assist in the budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning processes budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Support cash flow management, liquidity planning.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and compliance of financial data, consolidated results, and internal reporting.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely delivery of required documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, consolidation methodologies, and reporting tools.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, financial statement consolidation, and the coordination of internal and external audits is mandatory.
- 1+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or similar financial roles.
- Proven experience in internal and external audit processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS, financial reporting standards, and consolidation processes.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
