You will gain hands-on experience across different areas of HR,



from recruitment and onboarding to employee administration and engagement.Your tasks will include:Supporting therecruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and follow-ups.Assisting withonboarding and offboarding processesand preparing the required documentation.Supporting the maintenance and updating ofemployee records and HR systems.Assisting withemployee administration, contracts, certificates and other HR documentation.Supportingattendance, working schedules and holiday management.Assisting the HR team withpayroll preparation and monthly HR processes.Supporting the organization oftraining, inductions and employee activities.Helping with internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives.Providing support to employees and managers with day-to-day HR queries.Assisting with ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.What we’re looking for:Education:Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.Skills:Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks. Discretion and confidentiality when handling employee information.Languages:Fluent in English and SpanishOther:Passion for people and hospitality, teamwork, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
