You will work with cross-functional lawyers and report to the lead counsel for each matter. - Provide advisory support on public law matters
- Prepare reports related to public-law issues
- Participate in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews
- Handle due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving public-law regulations




- Collaborate with other public-law and cross-disciplinary associates, reporting to lead counsel for each matter
- 1-3 years of experience in public law
- High level of English (Advanced)
- Strong academic credentials
