You will join the wider Product Management department, working with the best talent to design and deliver industry-leading products that drive customer and business value in our Player product vertical.
Own end-to-end onboarding performance — drive the onboarding journey with a "quality over volume" mindset, continuously testing and optimizing conversion, drop-off, and time-to-activation across the funnel.
Partner with Marketing and Affiliate teams to shape cost-efficient acquisition plans, using traffic quality signals (not just volume) as a core input to channel and partner optimization.
Collaborate closely with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks so the business attracts genuine, high-value users while minimizing low-quality or fraudulent sign-ups.
Bring a strong growth and experimentation mindset (A/B testing, funnel analytics, hypothesis-driven iteration),



ideally shaped by experience in a large B2C digital business focused on onboarding and activation.A customer-focused, data-driven approach to identifying and solving customer problems
