We have also opened new markets in Italy and Germany.We are looking for an Asset Analyst who will act as a link between the financial and investment side of the business and the operational performance of the properties.ResponsibilitiesSupport to the team in defining, developing and delivering the long-term strategic direction for each stable asset, value creation, 360 view and competitive position.Holds a strategic view and the vision on the asset and a deep understanding of the market, catchment area and the customerAssist with renovation projects on standing assetsConduct site visits,



inspections and reviews on a regular basis and advises the Senior Asset ManagerActs as an owner of his/her portfolio of assetsParticipates in improving processes/tools/” ways of working”Any other task required for the roleRequirements2-plus years of progressive experience in shopping center/retail//hospitality asset management roles.Demonstrated knowledge and interest for real estate and/or retail development, leasing property management operations.Fluent in EnglishB.A. or B.S. degree or equivalentIf you are interested, please send us your CV.Thanks!
