SRG Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Manager to support our 224-unit communities in the Van Nuys area. You will float between Woodley and Sepulveda properties, assisting the Community Manager and teams.
Responsibilities include reviewing rent recommendations, collecting rents, posting invoices, and preparing weekly and monthly financial reports. Weekend availability and a proactive approach are required.
