We are looking for an Application Specialist to join our operations department. You have knowledge and practical experience within the logistics sector, you have service-oriented profile and are passionate for IT and hand off experience with CENTIRO implementation and maintenance projects.You will be responsible for implementation of new projects and functionalities. You will be defining, designing and QA testing deliverables, understanding user requirements, and delivering high quality, usable and scalable solutions.You are used to work hard and have demonstrable capacity to work under pressure. Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesManage implementation and delivery of IT solutions for new CMS logistic projects for the full project lifecycle
Scope management and functional requirements definition




CMS operations functional process definition in coordination with Operations
Stakeholder management, both GXO internal and final customer's
Internal and external development team coordination
Continuous improvement with Operations, improvement mindset
User Acceptance Test Scenarios & Test Cases definition and execution
KPI definition and reports
Level 2 operations support and end user training
