As our Market Development Manager for Spain & Portugal, you'll be the driving force behind Shure's growth across Iberia. Build trusted relationships with customers, consultants, integrators, distributors, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with expert teams across Europe to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in market development, business development, channel management, consultative sales, or a related commercial role, preferably within professional audio, audiovisual systems, conferencing, collaboration technology, or a comparable B2B technology market.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, demand generation, opportunity development, and strategic market expansion.
Strong understanding of solution selling, opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, distributor business planning, and project specification processes.




Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with end customers, consultants, system integrators, distributors, technology partners, and senior decision-makers.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects through successful completion.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Portuguese language capability is advantageous.
