Job Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Standards Engineer to join our Technical Standards Department in Seville.



Reporting to the PAML Technical Standards Manager, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling maintenance standards, procedures, and technical documentation that support safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft maintenance operations. Responsible for assisting PAML Managers and Supervisors to complete effective root cause and corrective actions in relation to safety occurrences, information security events/vulnerabilities and findings raised as a result of compliance audits or internal reporting scheme output.
Assist in the timely closure of appropriate group containment and corrective actions because of safety occurrences, audit findings or information security events/vulnerabilities.
Navigate and utilize engineering systems including Boeing fleet technical documentation systems, Digital technical document libraries and Technical Services Query dashboards
Experience in aircraft maintenance or technical support environment
Knowledge of document control/revision in a technical/regulated environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suit and Smartsheet
