Fonio is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market. You will be the primary point of contact for your SMB cohort, owning their success, satisfaction, and retention end to end.

Most time will be spent on calls and meetings with customers, implementing or improving their setups. You will actively build relationships, surface value, and identify new use cases for AI agents to keep customers engaged, while coordinating with developers for advanced setups.
