HBX Group in Spain seeks an experienced M&A; Senior Lead to drive inorganic growth, identify opportunities, and lead acquisitions from origination through closing. You will negotiate with advisers, coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy teams, and report to senior leadership.

The role requires 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development and a proven track record of successful M&A; transactions, with strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
