HBX Group is seeking an M&A; Senior Lead to drive the company’s inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships and divestments. You will lead transactions from origination to closing, coordinating with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy teams while advising senior leadership.

The role requires strong financial modelling, strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to boards and executives.
