Destinus is seeking an Operations Finance Lead to own cost accounting, inventory economics and FP&A; across multiple manufacturing sites. You will build standardized processes, drive margin improvement and connect site performance to group financial outcomes.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance leadership to optimize costs and capital decisions. Travel between Destinus sites will be required.
