Panasonic is seeking an IoT & Connectivity Technical Specialist (Air Conditioning) based in Madrid, Spain. You will provide high level remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ and assist with installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic heating and cooling solutions.
Collaborate with Marketing on IoT materials and support training, coordinate Training Centers, and review installation and service manuals with Product teams to ensure quality and up-to-date documentation.
