WHATWILLYOUDO?

- Coachandsupportmultipleteams(uptotwosimultaneously)inadoptingandapplyingagileandKanbanpractices,whilehelpingthemaddresstensionsandmanageconflictconstructively.
- Facilitate,teach,andstrengthenretrospectives,feedbackloops,andcontinuousimprovementpracticesthroughcoachingandstructuredteamsessions.
- DesignandevolveteamKanbansystemsandflow-basedwaysofworkingadaptedtoeachteam’scontextusingvisualizationandworkflowmanagementpractices.
- Visualizeandconnectend-to-endwork,fromupstreamdemandtodelivery,linkingteamactivitiestoteamstrategy.
- Defineandrefineexplicitpoliciesandworkingagreements(DefinitionofReady,DefinitionofDone,WIPlimits,classesofservice,andquality-deliverytrade-offs).
- Monitorandanalyzeflowmetricswithteams,helpingthemunderstandperformancedata,identifybottlenecks,andmakeinformeddecisions.

- Experienceworkingwithcross-functionalteams.
- FluencyinSpanishandEnglish.
- StrongknowledgeofAgileMethodologiesandprovenpracticalexperiencewithKanbansystemsandflowmanagement.
- ExperiencewithtaskmanagementtoolssuchasBusinessmaporJira.
- Solidunderstandingofflowmetrics(LeadTime,CycleTime,Throughput,WIP)anddataanalysisforidentifyingopportunitiesforimprovement.
- Strongsoftskillsinfacilitation,leadership,conflictmanagement,empathy,changemanagement,andinfluencewithoutformalauthority.
- Nicetohave:Familiaritywithalignmentframeworks(OKRs,FlightLevels),KMM/ ,scalingenvironments,STEM/Psychologybackground,orknowledgeofCatalan.
