Experteer Overview As Product Owner for the Customer Operations Platform, you shape internal tools that support the traveller journey. You drive AI-enabled back-office solutions and workflow automation to boost efficiency for customer care and operations. You work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into tangible product features and a scalable roadmap. - Own key areas of the AI-ready back-office and customer operations platform
- Lead discovery to map workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities
- Define future operational model with business and tech stakeholders
- Challenge legacy processes and enable a modern, scalable platform
- Identify and drive AI, GenAI, LLMs, and automation opportunities
- Improve internal productivity and reduce manual workload
- Contribute to roadmap prioritisation and backlog management
- Translate goals into actionable initiatives and iterative releases
- Break down complex problems into high-impact deliverables
- Ensure alignment between tools, processes, users,



and traveller experience
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams
- Clarify priorities, requirements, dependencies, and outcomes
- Promote simple, user-centric solutions across the platformResponsabilidades
- Around 5 years of experience in product ownership, delivery, business analysis, or similar roles
- Experience with internal tools, back-office platforms, case management systems, or B2B/SaaS products
- Strong discovery skills (process mapping, requirement gathering, workflow analysis)
- Hands-on understanding of AI and automation topics (GenAI, LLMs, workflow automation)
- Ability to balance structured product thinking with pragmatic execution
- User-centric mindset with empathy for internal users and operations teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
