We are an electricity supplier with over 10 years’ experience in the sector.We have a vacancy for a customer service and sales role. We are looking for an organised person with a professional manner and good communication skills who enjoys working as part of a team.The role is based in our offices in Fuengirola, Málaga, and involves working on site from Monday to Friday, 10.00–14.00.Tasks- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails.- Identify and assess customers’ needs in order to resolve them and ensure their satisfaction.- Follow up on customer enquiries and issues: set up new contracts, update customers’ personal details, send invoices or grant access to the customer portal, amongst other tasks.- Organise and file customer documentation as appropriate.- Collect payments from customers visiting the office.- Contact potential customers to offer them our servicesRequirements- Experience in customer service would be an advantage.- Advanced English is essential.- A keen desire to learn and excellent communication skills.- Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.¡Únete a nuestro equipo!#J-18808-Ljbffr
