Overview

In this role you own fraud signals within Puzzleplay’s user segmentation system, shaping how signals are interpreted to protect revenue and guide market-specific verification approaches. You collaborate with product and data teams to keep the system accurate as tactics evolve, and you investigate flagged users to improve the review process. You’ll adapt fraud controls across markets, balancing user engagement with risk management. This is a growth-focused, cross-functional role within a company building a player rewards platform.

Responsabilidades

- Regularly review and refine fraud signals to separate legitimate users from suspicious activity




- Own the fraud-related segments of the user segmentation system and monitor performance over time
- Collaborate with product on fraud verification tools for different markets
- Investigate users flagged for manual review and improve the review process
- Identify gaps in signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap

Requisitos principales
