collaboration and ownership — with the ambition of becoming the trusted creative decision partner for the leaders redefining the future of their industries.If you're excited by building — not just joining — this is a great moment to be here.Is this something you feel identified with?We're currently looking for an Industrial Designer to join our Studio team and to work on health/biotech, mobility, consumer electronics and other exciting projects.What will your day to day be like?You will:- Lead and develop industrial design projects from research to implementation, taking ownership under creative leadership.- Conduct market analysis, benchmark studies and product archetype exploration to inform strategic design directions.- Contribute to product strategy, Experience Brand Language (EBL) development and portfolio consistency across clients.- Translate insights and requirements into compelling product concepts, narratives and CMF directions.- Develop sketches, concepts, product architectures and high-quality CAD models, renderings, animations and visual storytelling material.- Evaluate usability, ergonomics and user interaction throughout the development process.- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI and research teams to ensure consistency between concept vision and final execution.- Support workshops,
