? At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Intern to join our Legal & Compliance Department. In this role, you will be responsible of the following tasks:- Support the Legal & Compliance Department across a broad range of workstreams, including legal research, contract review, corporate governance matters, and day-to-day administrative activities.- Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and the monitoring of internal control processes.- Provide support in corporate transactions and other legal matters by preparing documentation, assisting in due diligence processes, and maintaining legal records.- Assist in responding to legal and compliance queries from business departments and affiliated companies under the supervision of the Legal & Compliance Department.- Assist in the drafting, review, and organization of legal documents, internal policies, procedures, and compliance materials.- Maintain legal and compliance records, databases, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.? Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Law,



or equivalent relevant discipline..- English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)- Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)Other Valuable Requirements:- Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Communication skills and relationship management, strategic thinking, ability to execute, problem-solving and attention to detail. Agile thinking and problem solving.- Proactivity, with the ability to work independently. Ability to learn and apply internal procedures.
